3 NEW SHOWS TO BINGE OR SKIP THIS WEEKEND

Here with another Friday watchlist — three new shows if you’re looking for something binge worthy this weekend. Some are worth the watch, some are not. Swipe to find out which ones made the cut.

1. Imperfect Women — BINGE

Apple TV’s Imperfect Women is a domestic thriller based on Araminta Hall’s novel following three lifelong friends — Nancy, Eleanor, and Mary — whose bond is shattered when one of them is murdered. Told from three different perspectives, the series peels back the layers of the victim’s seemingly perfect life to expose secrets, betrayals, and the complicated truth about female friendship.

It doesn’t take much to convince me to watch a whodunit and I’ve heard nothing but good things about this one. Add Kerry Washington to the mix and I’m absolutely watching. Binge.

2. Euphoria Season 3 — SKIP

Euphoria Season 3 jumps five years forward following the characters as adults, but honestly this is a skip for me and here’s why. After Sam Levinson gave us The Idol — one of the worst shows in recent memory — I knew I was most likely done with his work. After seeing the clips from this season I’m certain.

The misogyny and overuse of the N word this season is over the top, and the performances from a cast that is clearly checked out make it unwatchable. I’m honestly just happy this show is finally over and Zendaya and Jacob Elordi are free. The one saving grace is Alexa Demie carrying the entire season on her back as Maddy — iconic as always. My recommendation? Skip the season and just watch the best Maddy clips on TikTok. You’ll get everything you need.

3. Beef Season 2 — BINGE

Netflix’s Beef is back with an entirely new story and cast. Season 2 follows two couples caught in a high-stakes blackmail spiral at an exclusive country club — Ashley and Austin,  young lower-level staff who witness something during work and film it. What follows is a dark, chaotic web of coercion and social chess moves involving the club’s Korean billionaire owner. Think schemes, secrets, and escalating chaos.

Season one with Ali Wong and Steven Yeun left very large shoes to fill, so I’m curious whether I’ll be as invested in this beef as I was in theirs. But I have faith in Carey Mulligan, and honestly I need a good country club drama to hold me over until White Lotus season 4 — so this will do. Binge.

That’s your weekend watchlist — let me know in the comments if you’ve already seen any of these and what you thought.
